The rules of the entity will apply - Not all gated communities are pet friendly. Find out before you apply. These rules will be guided by local municipality bylaws, for example, two cats and or two dogs.
Pet details required - Pet type for example dog or cat, pet name, description, age, approximately fully grown weight, fully grown height.
Documents to be uploaded - Picture of the pet, inoculation certificate, sterilization certificate.
If you are a tenant - You will be required to upload the owners approval.
Workflow - All the relevant approvers will receive an email to either approve or reject the application. If the application is within the rules it will be approved. A pdf of the approval / rejection will be filed with all the uploaded documents as well as attached to an email send to the resident.
Quote from a supplier - Must clearly state that the roof structure will carry the solar panel's weight. All the solution's components must be clearly listed in the quote. The quote is required to be uploaded.
Other required details - Is the solutions financed ? Where will the solution be insured ?
Installer - The installer must have a valid green card. The green card is part of documentation to be uploaded
Other documents to be uploaded - The installer's drawings. This will give an indication of where the panels will be mounted. If it is a tenant, a permission letter from the owner must be uploaded.
Requirements after installation - Upload the final invoice and an electrical certificate of compliance (COC). These documents are send to the insurance if applicable.
