Stock functions - Stock can be transferred in cases where there are more than one complex in an estate. Other functions are scrapping, un_scrapping, cost of tags changes per type. Scrapping, deletes a tag from the gate, online, realtime and unscrapping allowes one to put a tag back into stock
Security levels - This is a numeric value plus a description, for example 50 is a resident and 51 is a trustee.
Functions - The software contains many functions for example visitors or contractors who can be invited to a specific unit.
Functions linked to a security level - The mentioned function can be linked to both levels 50 and 51. It can be linked to every available security level. Functions can be added or deleted at anytime
Residents - Residents register online, realtime as users of the software. Residents will be linked to an agreed level for example 50. The software creates a user by using a residents email address. The new user is informed of this via email.
