Employees

Background - In order to mitigate risk, these tags are normally not active, after hours. Tag active hours are preset "from" - "to" parameters. Once a day all employee's tag times are updated to be active the following day. An employee can only be scheduled for one employer per day.

Employee management - An employee is able to work for more than onej employer on different days. An employer can add a day or delete a day provided that the employee does not work for another employer on that day. Employees can not work for more than 7 days per week.

Residents

General - A resident's tag is active 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. Only one tag is allowed per resident. Workflow manages the tags issue and replacement functions.

Tag for school children

General - These tags are also active 7 days a week, 24 hours per day. Only the child's name and surname are used on the database. The rest of the data is that of one of the parents. Workflow manages the tags issue and replacement functions.
